Property inspections are a focus of our skills. We offer both pre-purchase and pre-construction inspections.  Working with real estate agents for ‘End of Lease treatments’ is a service we provide.

Corey part of our teamCorey Dawkings –  Corey is our senior Licensed Pest Technician and owner of Killer Bug Pest Solutions. (coming from a family with over 30 years in the pest control industry.) He is licensed in both urban pest management and timber pest management. You can guarantee he has a solution for any job, big or small.

All our inspections meet Australian Standards in accordance AS 4349.3-2010 & AS 3660.2-2000.

We have all the inspection equipment required to meet the standards including additional equipment such as FLIR Thermal imaging cameras. Thermal Imaging allows us to obtain temperature readings behind wall cavities that can’t be visually inspected, giving us vital information for possible hidden problems.

General Pest Treatment
